BuffaloCam Photo Archive - A Fog in Delaware Park

In mid November, a fog rolled covered much of the city. Here are some images of that day of fog as it surrounds Delaware Park and Hoyt Lake, and the surrounding neighborhood. . The first photos in the series are especially ominous because the tree limbs had been lost in the aftermath of "Arborgedden" (the ice storm of 10/13/07). Zoe Karina Hyman-Levy noted that the loss of limbs (many which cut off after the storm left the trees damaged) made the trees of Buffalo look as if they were created by Tim Burton. The fog in some of these photos only goes to strengthen that Tim Burton look.
